音樂會導讀 – What makes a man a man 甚麼令一個男人「男人」?

快開show了. 為了令大家看得更投入.

一首我音樂會內會唱的歌, 是我和製作單位覺得, 今個演出需要唱的, 不只一首歌, 而是一個態度, 一個交給觀眾思考的一個問題.

What makes a man a man? 甚麼令一個男人「男人」

這首歌, 可能大家未聽過, 所以想先介紹給你們. 故事的主角, 是一個以扮女裝跳脫衣舞維生的男孩, 用第一身角度, 講他的生活, 他遇過的白眼, 他往肚內舌的心事, 再問你, 甚麼才稱得上是, 一個男人.

不是「男性化」, 或者「麻甩」, 或者俗語的「好man」. 而是切切實實的… 「男人」.

地位? 金錢? 財富?

抑或是胸肌? 手臂? 鬍鬚? 西裝? 皮鞋?

甚至抑或是粗口? 馬經? 紅萬? 大啤? … 再更甚.. 暴力傾向? 橫蠻? 欺負弱小? 粗心大意? 自我澎漲?

從"晚晚禮拜六"開始, 我已經預期到, 我今次走這個形象, 這個歌路, 會有些聲音出現, 質疑為什麼, 一個男生好地地, 為什麼要做得踩界, 為什麼要所謂"妖", 為何不正正常常地做一個四平八穩"男子漢"形象的男人呢?

我記得, “斗零踭"的demo, 原本有一句歌詞, 是這樣的, “胸襟必須比鍛鍊的胸膛更加廣".

我藍奕邦從不是有42吋胸肌, 手瓜起展, 粗粗魯魯, 所謂那種typical雄斗斗的人.

但我相信, 我, 很男人, I’m very man, 因為, 我, 有承擔, 有勇氣, 有責任心. 這就夠了, 是嗎?

還有, 是氣量. 尤其是, 幾這一兩年, 遇過不少42吋胸肌, 手瓜起展, 或者那些麻麻甩甩的男人, 他們要小氣, 計較, 要心胸窄起來, 可以比小家的女人更小家.

希望大家如果來我音樂會的話, 花少少時間, 聽一聽這一首歌, 看一看歌詞, 再想一想.

I wash, she dries, i do the floors 我洗, 她熨, 我抹地

I shop and cook and sew a bit 我買餸, 煮飯, 也會少少針線
Though mum does too i must admit 雖然媽也會, 但我不得不認
I do it better 我做得更出色
At night i work in a strange bar 晚上我在一間奇怪的酒吧工作
Impersonating every star 模倣每一個明星
I’m quite deceiving 我算蠻會騙人的
The customers come in with doubt 客人抱懷疑地進來
And wonder what i’m all about 在好奇我是什麼一回事
But leave believing 但通通信服地離開
I do a very special show 我做一個很特別的表演
Where i am nude from head to toe 我從頭到腳都是赤裸裸的
After stripteasing 在脫衣舞之後
Each night the men look so surprised 每晚那些男人都很驚訝
I change my sex before their eyes 我在他們眼前變換性別

At 3 o’clock or so i meet 三點左右我跟我的朋友會面
With friends to have a bite to eat 吃點東西
And conversation 和聊天
We love to empty out our hearts 我們愛盡訴心底話
From every subject from the arts 什麼都談, 由藝術到解放
To liberation
We love to pull apart someone 我們愛撕毀另一個人
And spread some gossip just for fun 和說笑地講是非
Or start a rumour 或者開始一個流言
We let our hair down, so to speak 可以說, 我們盡情放肆
And mock ourselves with tongue-in-cheek 半開玩笑地自嘲
And inside humour 和自己圍內才明的幽默
So many times we have to pay 很多時候, 我們要為開心和作為同志付出代價
For having fun and being gay
It’s not amusing 不好笑的
There’s always those that spoil our games 總有人會搗亂我們的玩意
By finding fault and calling names 找錯誤和叫花名
Always accusing 總是在指責的
They draw attention to themselves 他們貶底他人抬高自己
At the expense of someone else
It’s so confusing 太惱人吧
Yet they make fun of how i talk 他們笑我說話方式
And imitate the way i walk 又扮我走路的姿勢

My masquerade comes to an end 我的喬裝到此為止
And i go home to bed again 我回家, 上床睡
Alone and friendless 孤獨, 無朋友
I close my eyes, i think of him 我閉上眼, 想著他
I fantasise what might have been 幻想本應可能發生的
My dreams are endless 我的夢沒有完
We love each other but it seems 我們互相相愛, 但似是
The love is only in my dreams 我的愛只存在夢中
It’s so one sided 很單方向的
But in this life i must confess 但在這生, 我要承認
The search for love and happiness 愛和快樂的尋覓
Is unrequited 是無回報的
I ask myself what i have got 我問自己我有什麼
Of what i am and what i’m not 我是什麼, 我不是什麼
What am I giving 我付出什麼
The answers come from those who make 答案來自成立那些
The rules that some of us must break 我們一撮人要打破的規條才能生存的人
Just to keep living
I know my life is not a crime 我知我的一生不是罪
I’m just a victim of my time 我只是時代的受害者
I stand defenceless 我站著, 沒有庇護
Nobody has the right to be 無人有權去做
